Teenage Fitness Classes

Strong, Confident, Energised

Our teen fitness classes are designed to help young people build strength, confidence, and healthy habits in a supportive, high-energy environment. Each session blends fun, functional workouts with guidance on proper form, teamwork, and goal-setting—so teens feel empowered, not pressured.

Classes focus on full-body conditioning using bodyweight exercises, light equipment, and engaging circuits that improve strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility. No experience is needed. Workouts are adaptable for all fitness levels, helping beginners feel comfortable while still challenging more experienced teens.

Beyond physical fitness, we emphasise positive mindset, resilience, and self-confidence. Teens learn how to listen to their bodies, move safely, and stay motivated—skills that carry far beyond the gym.

What to expect:

 

  • Dynamic warm-ups and skill-based movement

  • Strength and cardio circuits that keep things interesting

  • Team challenges and confidence-building activities

  • A welcoming, judgment-free space led by qualified instructors

Session Times and Age Groups

Classes are split into two age groups to make sure every participant is supported

and appropriately challenged.

Ages 11–13: Thursdays, 3:30-4:00pm                      

Ages 14-16: Thursdays, 4:00-4:30pm                      

Class Schedule


Teenage participants must be booked in by their parent/legal guardian and will only be allowed to participate once all required consent forms are completed.
