Join our amazing outdoor fitness community and find a membership that works for you. With flexible options to suit every lifestyle, you can choose exactly how often you want to train — from dipping your toe in to going all-in with unlimited sessions.
Whether you’re an early riser, prefer to train after the school drop-off, in the evening, or on weekends — our varied timetable means there’s always a session to fit your schedule.

• Monday: 9:15–10:15 AM & 7:00–8:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:15–10:15 AM
• Wednesday: 6:15–7:00 AM
• Thursday: 9:15–10:15 AM & 7:00–8:00 PM
• Friday: 6:15–7:00 AM
• Saturday: 7:30–8:30 AM


How Much?
Membership Options
£15 – 7-Day Class Pass Unlimited classes for 7 days – the perfect way to try us out before committing.
£42 – Starter Membership 1 class per week – perfect for getting started or keeping active alongside a busy schedule.
£57 – Builder Membership 2 classes per week – build strength, fitness and consistency.
£67 – Pro Membership Unlimited classes each week – train as often as you like and see maximum results.
£670 – Elite Membership Unlimited bootcamp for a whole year (2 months FREE when you pay upfront) plus a free bootcamp T-shirt or hoodie.
All fitness levels are welcome. Our expert coaching and supportive community will help you get fitter, stronger, and more confident — while enjoying the fresh air and motivation of training outdoors.
We recommend aiming for at least 3 sessions per week to see the best results – but with our flexible memberships, you can train as much (or as little) as you like.
