Up & Outdoor Fitness. After 12 years offering local outdoor bootcamp sessions, we are proud and excited to offer small indoor group training classes - meaning you get real attention from your trainer — not just a head count in a crowded class.
With a maximum of 10 people per session and a fully-equipped studio, no two classes are ever the same.
