Up & Outdoor Fitness. After 12 years offering local outdoor bootcamp sessions, we are proud and excited to offer small indoor group training classes - meaning you get real attention from your trainer — not just a head count in a crowded class.

With a maximum of 10 people per session and a fully-equipped studio, no two classes are ever the same.

Just fun, effective workouts that actually get results.

 

Led by Paul, a 4x award-winning trainer with 18 years of experience, our new studio in Billingshurst brings everything together under one roof.

Group Fitness Classes  

Small group training with capped sessions. High-energy classes including circuits, boxing, kettlebells, and HIIT. Every class is different. Every class is fun.

 

Stretch & Core Classes

Improve mobility, relieve tension, and build core strength. Perfect for all ages and abilities.

 

Nutrition Challenges  

Join our online community for 14 or 21-day nutrition programmes. Includes meal plans, recipes, workouts, and daily accountability.
